“As a college coach since 1979 I have seen the evolution of sports performance training. The late 70′s and early 80′s seen the onset of strength training/ training centers and since that time training centers all over the country have sprung up. Any serious College and High School program and athlete must invest time in developing their athletic skill sets, depending on their needs and goals. As a parent of three children that wanted to seriously pursue college athletics, I wanted to seek the best facility and program for them. I spent several weeks looking at different training centers in the area and interviewed several staff members. After reviewing several programs and speaking with my children, we came to the conclusion that The Annex Sports Performance Center was best suited for our needs. We have been involved with ” The Annex” for three years now. I have seen the facility develop; yet the most important feature is the trainers. Mickey Brueckner has assembled a very qualified staff. They are personable, very knowledgeable and have the individual needs of the athlete in mind. I have seen my children improve in all areas of sports performance (strength, quickness, speed, flexibility, fitness, explosiveness). ” The Annex” has without a doubt, made them better athletes. If you are looking for an athletic performance center, look no further.”
