The Annex’s Baseball Performance training program is a sport and position specific training program that has been developed to enhance every component of athletic performance on the baseball field while decreasing the potential for injury.
Our facility applies an individualized, multi-faceted methodology that generates total athletic development for each athlete, and is dedicated solely to helping maximize potential by:

Training is done in a group setting to minimize cost as well as maximize effort. It allows the athlete to work in a motivating setting that is conducive to overall athletic growth.

Expertise:
Since returning from Arizona in 2006, Mickey Brueckner has quickly created a reputation for being a go-to person in the baseball community with in the state of New Jersey for his success in working with and developing baseball athletes. Mickey has had the opportunity to work with countless High School, Collegiate and Professional level players, along with consulting with several high school and college coaches as well as professional scouts on baseball-specific training programs. Mickey oversees the testing and programming for each player and writes out their own individual training program at The ANNEX.
