What began as a single facility in 2006 has grown into one of the most respected sports performance centers in the region — built not on marketing, but on results. Our athletes compete and excel across baseball, lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, basketball, football, and more. And at every level, from high school rosters to professional contracts, ANNEX-trained athletes consistently rise to the top.
Our alumni include High School All-State and College All-American honorees, multiple state and county players of the year, Team USA Junior Olympic members in lacrosse, field hockey, soccer, and swimming, a Gatorade National Player of the Year, a handful of MLB first round picks, an MLB AL Cy Young Award winner and multiple Super Bowl Champions. These aren't coincidences — they're the product of nearly two decades of elite coaching, sound training principles, and an unwavering commitment to developing athletes the right way.
When you bring your athlete to The ANNEX, you're not hoping for results. You're putting them in an environment that has produced them — consistently, across every sport, at every level — for almost twenty years.

“ I started training with Mickey my senior year of high school and have come back and trained with him every off-season and have had a lot of success in staying healthy. I’ve played for quite a few years in the big leagues and you see a lot of guys who’s careers suffer because they’re not sure how to prepare themselves physically. I can honestly say confidently that I would have not had the career that I’ve had and been able to stay healthy and have the longevity that I’ve had without training with Mickey.”
“I have worked with Mickey and the Annex staff for years and it has been perfect for me and my development. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.”
Who can join the Sports Performance program?
Athletes of all levels—from youth to adults, including former athletes and busy professionals—are welcome to join our program in Chatham, NJ.
How often should I attend to see results?
Most members see optimal results with 2–4 sessions per week, guided by our coaching team and individual sports schedules.

Unlike basic fitness classes, our program centers on sports-specific drills, movement education, and purposeful strength to improve athletic ability and prevent injury.
Do you offer support for injury prevention?
Absolutely. Our sports performance training emphasizes movement mechanics and strength to build resilience and reduce the risk of injury.
