Our youth speed and agility sessions are designed to push young athletes — and make them love every minute of it. Classes run in a small-group setting where athletes train together, compete against each other, and push one another to move faster, react quicker, and work harder than they would on their own.
No experience required. No athletic résumé needed. Whether your child is just beginning their athletic journey or already competing at a high level, our coaches meet every athlete exactly where they are and build from there. The environment does the rest — because when kids train alongside motivated peers in a structured, high-energy setting, effort becomes contagious.
Every session is coach-led from start to finish. Expect dynamic warm-ups, speed mechanics, agility patterns, and competitive drills that develop real athletic skills while keeping athletes fully engaged. No standing around. No wasted reps. Just focused, purposeful training wrapped in an environment kids actually want to come back to.
